YOU NEED TO HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND A WEB CAMERA TO TAKE THE SST COURSES. YOU NEED TO ALLOW ACCESS TO YOUR CAMERA TO BE VERIFIED THROUGH FACIAL RECOGNITION, AND YOU NEED TO UPLOAD YOUR GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID.
Electrocution is death caused by an electric shock that gives exposure to lethal amounts of electricity. The course will cover types of electrical hazards, effects of electrical shocks to human body, control measures, common error traps, and basic principal of electricity and electrical circuits
The 1-Hour Handling Heavy Materials and Proper Lifting Techniques course is a general elective SST course counting towards your SST Card.

In this 1-Hour Protection From Sun Exposure course, trainees will become generally familiar with the health effects of prolonged sun and heat exposure. The course introduces the trainee to effect of sun exposure, possible heat-related illnesses, and mitigation measures employers and workers can take to prevent serious consequences.
