  SST Card Certified Mail Option

  All SST cards are mailed using regular USPS mail delivered to the Post Office directly. We cannot be responsible for delivery of your SST card to you after we drop off the envelope at the post office. A small number of cards do get lost by the Post Office – to ensure the delivery of your SST card you can opt for the Certified Mail option. If you would like us to mail your SST card using Certified Mail so you can track the delivery of your SST card you should add this to your SST training or SST card order.

  Benefits of using USPS Certified Mail option include:

  • Proof of delivery: The recipient signs for the mail when it’s delivered, providing legal protection that the intended recipient received it.
  • Tracking: You can track the mail’s progress through the postal system in real time.
  • Mailing receipt: You receive an official mailing receipt that serves as legal evidence of the date and time your item entered the postal system.
  • Insurance: Certified Mail includes insurance for the value of the contents.
  • Record of delivery: The USPS keeps a record of the delivery for two years.
  • Higher priority: Certified Mail is given higher priority than First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

  If you order Certified Mail option we will send you the tracking number from the post office so you can track the delivery of your SST card.

  Supervisor SST Card

  Order your NYC DOB approved Supervisor SST card. Please read the requirements and required documents below.

  Please note that, in case your application for an SST card is denied, you will not be able to receive any refund. All SST card orders are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are eligible to receive the SST card before making the payment. In case you have completed the training with another course provider, you need to submit all supporting documentation as described here, including a copy (front and back) of your OSHA card – OSHA certificates of completion issued by other providers are not acceptable for the purpose of issuing an SST card.

  SST Card Replacement

  If you need to order a replacement SST card (due to card being lost, stolen or damaged), you can order it here. If you need to change your name on the card, the replacement card will be charged at $75. Please make sure that you spell your legal name correctly to avoid unnecessary delays and costs. The purchase of the replacement SST card is non-refundable.
