Este programa ofrece información sobre los derechos a los trabajadores y responsabilidades del empleador, y cómo identificar, reducir, evitar y prevenir los peligros relacionados con el trabajo. Aunque este curso es voluntaria a nivel federal de EE.UU., muchas jurisdicciones, empleadores y sindicatos lo requieren. Cada estudiante que complete el programa recibirá una tarjeta de conclusión expedida por el Departamento del Trabajo de EE.UU.
